Tangy Spanish Elixir Dressing

Ingredients:

  • ⅛ cup white wine vinegar
  • ½ cup extra-virgin Spanish olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix garlic, oregano, and Worcestershire sauce. Beat until smooth using a wire whisk.
  2. Gradually add olive oil, beating continuously to form an emulsion.
  3. Stir in vinegar and lemon juice.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the dressing to the salad and toss well.
  6. Add Romano cheese and toss once more.
